This Privacy Policy explains how VEREŠ services s.r.o., Kubelíkova 1258/43, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use the MUROS website. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@muros.store.

1. What we collect

• Order data: your email address and details of the Products you purchase.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics (pages visited, device) via Google Analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

• To process your order and deliver your files.
• To send order confirmations and, if you agree, occasional offers.
• To understand and improve how the site is used.

3. Legal basis

We process order and payment data to perform our contract with you, analytics on the basis of your consent, and marketing emails only with your consent.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure traffic. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the cookie banner, and manage cookies in your browser.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with providers that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (file storage) and Google Analytics (analytics). We do not sell your data.

6. Data retention

We keep order data for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations, then delete it.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@muros.store. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
