Refund Policy

Our Products are digital files delivered instantly. Because of their nature, once the files have been delivered and downloaded, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable.

Consent to immediate delivery

By completing your purchase you agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, to the extent permitted by law.

When we do offer a refund

• The files are faulty, corrupted, or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix or re-send them.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your download link and we are unable to deliver it.

How to request

Email hello@muros.store within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
