These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MUROS website and the purchase of digital wallpapers (“Products”) operated by VEREŠ services s.r.o., Kubelíkova 1258/43, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company ID 24856185 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

All Products are digital files (wallpaper image files for iPhone and Desktop) delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered by email as a download link shortly after payment. If you do not receive your files, contact us at hello@muros.store.

4. Licence & permitted use

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or use the Products for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All Products and website content remain our property (or that of our licensors) and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork.

6. Refunds

Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy.

7. Discount codes

Promotional codes (e.g. MUROS) are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or website.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
